Return Policy

Unless other wise noted, all products at North Star Marine Supplies are returnable for a full refund.

To inititiate a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product. Upon approval, we must either receive the item shipped backed from you within 15 business days or receive a tracking number from you.

If the product is being returned due to a manufacturer defect or because we messed up, we will pay for all shipping costs both to and from you. We will either arrange to have UPS pick up the item at our cost or we will reimburse your shipping costs to have the item shipped back to us.

If the item is being returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect or our error we will unfortunately be unable to refund your shipping costs either to or from you.

All products must be returned in new, resellable condition.
